Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. They apply to your use of this website and to every booking and treatment at SUNBABY Spa & Massage.

1. Agreement to these terms

By browsing this website, making a booking, or receiving a treatment at our spa, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use this website or book with us.

2. About SUNBABY Spa & Massage

SUNBABY Spa & Massage is a day spa located at 222 Trần Bạch Đằng, Bắc Mỹ Phú, Ngũ Hành Sơn, Đà Nẵng 55000, Vietnam. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean SUNBABY Spa & Massage; “you” means the person browsing this site or booking or receiving a service.

3. Bookings and appointments

• The quickest way to book is on WhatsApp: WhatsApp +84 966 286 255. You can also call us on +84 382 335 588, or message us through our Facebook page, LINE or KakaoTalk.
• A booking is confirmed only once we have replied to confirm the service, date and time. A request sent to us is not by itself a confirmed appointment.
• Walk-in guests are welcome subject to therapist availability.
• Treatment times shown on this website are approximate and include preparation and consultation time.
• We will do our best to honour a request for a specific therapist, but we cannot guarantee it.

4. Prices, promotions and payment

• Prices shown on this website are in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and are indicative starting prices. The final price depends on the treatment, its length, and any add-ons you choose. We will always tell you the price before your treatment begins.
• Prices and promotions may change without notice. The price that applies is the one confirmed to you at the time of booking.
• Promotional discounts, including any advertised percentage discount, apply only for the period and on the services we state, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with another offer unless we say so.
• We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards and NFC mobile payments, including Diners Club, JCB, Visa, Discover, American Express, China UnionPay and Mastercard.
• Payment is due in full at the end of your treatment unless a deposit or prepayment has been agreed.

5. Arrival, lateness and no-shows

• Please arrive about 10 minutes before your appointment so you have time to settle in.
• If you arrive late, we will do our best to deliver your full treatment, but we may need to shorten it so that the next guest is not delayed. The full price still applies.
• If you do not arrive and have not told us, we may treat the appointment as a no-show and may ask for a deposit for future bookings.

6. Cancellations and rescheduling

• Please give us at least 2 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or move an appointment, so we can offer the slot to another guest.
• Group bookings and longer combination treatments may require more notice; we will tell you at the time of booking if so.
• We may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment ourselves, for example because a therapist is unwell. If that happens we will contact you as soon as possible and offer an alternative time or a full refund of anything you have prepaid.

7. Refunds

Because our services are personal and delivered at a scheduled time, we do not generally refund a treatment that has been provided. If you are not satisfied, please tell a member of staff before you leave so we can put it right. Where we cancel a booking you have prepaid, or where we are unable to deliver a service you have paid for, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.

8. Health, safety and your responsibilities

• Our treatments are for relaxation and general wellbeing. They are not medical treatment and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified doctor.
• You must tell us before your treatment about any injury, allergy, skin condition, recent surgery, pregnancy, heart condition, high or low blood pressure, infectious illness or other medical condition, and about any medication that may be relevant.
• If you are pregnant or under medical care, please seek your doctor’s advice before booking.
• We may decline or adapt a treatment where we believe it would not be safe or appropriate. This is for your protection.
• We may refuse service to anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who has a contagious condition.
• Tell your therapist straight away if you feel any discomfort during a treatment so that pressure or technique can be adjusted.

9. Conduct in the spa

We are committed to a calm, respectful and safe environment for every guest and every member of staff. We are LGBTQ+ friendly and a transgender safe space. Any inappropriate, aggressive, discriminatory or suggestive behaviour towards our staff or other guests will result in the treatment being stopped immediately, the full price remaining payable, and you being asked to leave. Serious incidents will be reported to the authorities. All of our services are strictly non-sexual.

10. Children and minors

Children are welcome at SUNBABY Spa. A guest under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who must give consent for any treatment and remain on the premises throughout.

11. Personal belongings

Please keep valuables with you or leave them at home. We provide parking and storage in good faith but are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal property brought onto our premises, except where the loss is caused by our negligence.

12. Gift vouchers and memberships

Where we issue gift vouchers or membership packages, they are valid for the period stated on them, are non-refundable and non-transferable unless we agree otherwise, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any unused balance is forfeited after the expiry date.

13. Website use and intellectual property

• All content on this website, including text, photographs, logos, layout and design, belongs to SUNBABY Spa & Massage or is used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use.
• You may not copy, republish, sell or otherwise exploit any part of this website without our written permission.
• You agree not to use this website in any way that is unlawful, or that damages, disables or interferes with it.
• We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors, or that the site will always be available and uninterrupted.

14. Third-party links and services

This website links to third-party services including Facebook, WhatsApp, LINE, KakaoTalk and Google Maps. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Vietnamese law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with a treatment or your use of this website is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of enjoyment, loss of profit, or costs arising from a missed appointment. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Complaints

If something has not met your expectations, please speak to a member of our team while you are still at the spa, message us on WhatsApp +84 966 286 255, or call us on +84 382 335 588. We take every complaint seriously and will respond as quickly as we can.

17. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Da Nang, Vietnam.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking is the version that applies to it. Please check back before booking again.
